From the DVD you can launch the installation of VCSA;

Very important !! To install a VCSA you need a PSC (Platform Services Controller),

  1. if it’s your first installation then use : Embedded Deployement
  2. if you have already an existing PSC then you have to choose : External Deplyment 

In our case we will install the VCSA as new installation so => Embedded Deployment

Important !!! You have to specify the IP Address of the ESXi Host where you will deploy your VCSA, use the ESXi (Username/Password) and continue

Write the name of your VCSA, and the password of the Root

In our case we will choose the Tiny Size, who can support 10 Hosts and up to 100 VM

Choose the datastore where you want to deploy yoru VCSA, and Check the Enable Thin Disk mode

Don’t forget to Add an (A Record) for your VCSA to solve it on the DNS10.jpg

Write your FQDN as your System name and your IP address, Subnet mask, Gatway and DNS Server

Review your configuration

Set your Time synchronization mode and you SSH

Write your SSO domain name (vspehre.local) and your password, which you will use it to access via Web client to you VCSA plateform, and you Site name

Add the address as an exception (Problem of Certificat), then you can access to your VCSA

After the installation automatically you will be redirected to Workflow page where you have : vSphere Web Client (Flash) and the newest vSphere Client (HTML5)
